Activities to perform:  
  • Provide Access Management ticket and chat support for applications, role access management and privileged access management. Possess knowledge of Identity and Access Management principals including but not limited to authentication, authorization, access control list (ACL), others in addition to MS Operating Systems, database (SQL, Oracle) and SAP.
  • Follow standard process and procedures (runbooks) aligned to SOX and Non Sox compliance policies and guidelines predetermined to execute the role at all times.
  • Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters. Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment.
  • Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts.
  • Should have excellent team leading capability and ensure that the team works and achieves best results in quick time.
  • Should be able to peer up in discussion and issue resolution with L3 and L4 level teams and prove expertise in related areas in quick time.    
  • Skills: -    
  • Two to three years of experience with provisioning access to application roles and capabilities.   
  • Three to five years of experience with application Security principles such as Authentication, Access Control List (ACL), Authorization, Single Sing On, Role Mgmt. -  
  • Strong knowledge in Identity and Access Management principles (authentication, authorization, access control list (ACL), others).   Day-to-day support of processes and automation for server privileged access creation, maintenance, removal. -  
  • Perform user access management activity for applications on auto-provisioning tool as well as manual administration. -    
  • Takes ownership of chats, Service Requests and Incidents within the scope of the team and the Service level Agreement (SLA). -   Understanding and expertise in SOX and Non-SOX access policies and guidelines. -    
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows or UNIX/Linux), databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, etc.),
  • SAP technology. -    
  • Understanding and working knowledge of business IT applications (e.g. supply chain, customer relationship Mgmt, HR, Finance). -   Excellent verbal and written communication skills (must be able to fluently communicate in English. -    
  • Possess excellent incident management skills leading to good customer satisfaction. Understanding the customer needs and striving to meet customer’s needs to their satisfaction. -  
  •  Analyses and resolves Incidents within timescales agreed in the Service Level Agreement by applying a solution or acceptable workaround after reviewing the knowledge base where applicable. -  
  •  Years of experience: 3-5 years
