Position: Tester Lead 
– Review Resource needs and provide feedback  
– Review Timeline/Scope and provide feedback/risks  
– Review Scope changes and Change Requests to determine impact to timeline (prior to approval)    UAT Preparation  
– Engage with pertinent teams to create and obtain approval of the High Level Test Strategy document which covers scope and best approach to testing, high level data requirements, UAT Entrance and Exit Criteria, direction of status meetings and communications  – Coordinate the creation of the Test Case script content list and facilitate a review session with business and IT to ensure proper coverage of requirements  
– Coordinate the test data preparation with the testing teams, business and IT stakeholders  
– Support the Testing Support Lead and testing team in creation of Test Scripts  
– Originate the “detailed test plan” which is designed to provide specific instructions or guidance on where to focus test execution on a weekly basis. This document is used to measure success of testing and/or potential risks  
– Complete ALM preparation for all applicable regions/testers, by setting up scenarios within the Test Plan and building Labs for tester execution in ALM  
– Host a Kickoff session to communicate detailed test instructions and initiate the UAT phase    Training Preparation  
– Engage with the pertinent teams to create and obtain approval of the High Level Training Strategy  
– Support the Training Support, Content Change Engineers and Trainers in creation and delivery of the training materials  
– Oversee the Training Team and Preparations  Be the UAT process expert  
– Provide UAT process expertise to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of business decisions  
– Be the UAT point of contact for stakeholders to keep them informed of potential issues and risks during UAT  
– Collaborate with upstream organizations to ensure supportability and coordination testing of applications and instances    Manage UAT  
– Facilitate UAT status and defect resolution meetings between Business and IT. Publish minutes and follow up on action items  
– Evaluate defects to aid in resolution or assist regions with risk analysis for unresolved issues  
– Create and publish a UAT Dashboard which illustrates the most current testing status and highlights defects or imminent risks  
– Escalate risks/issues to Business PM and IT PM  
– Provide UAT status/risks to stakeholders    To be successful you will need to demonstrate

– Location: Americas Time zone and ability to participate in 6am Pacific time meetings  
– Language: Must have strong English language skills to help ensure effective communication from testers from around the globe  
– Flexible Hours: Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate APJ, EMEA, AMS time zones (e.g. early morning or evening meetings) and occasional weekends for Move to Production (MTP) testing coordination  
– Travel: Occasional/one off project related travel may be required for face to face sessions
